The “GenussWirte” (Genuss – Indulgence, pleasure: Wirte – Chef’s) of Vorarlberg cast regional products in the main role of their creations and announce their origins in their menus. Every “GenussWirt” is a partner from at least one “Genuss Region”, whose renowned product is traditionally prepared with a modern twist, whether it is a year round culinary speciality or seasonal based, their creativity knows no boundaries. Also, by each “GenussWirt”, according to availability and season, there are additional regional specialties and drinks that can be found on the menus.
