Q-Plus - Quality-Seal Kleinwalsertal

Kleinwalsertal sets a standard with its active tourism methods and is a step ahead of its competitors. This project is to contribute to that standard; to improve the service quality with all service providers and to support the development of tourism in a positive way. The flow on effects should be noticeable not only for the guests but also for the local people.
In this sense and with their knowledge, (since through their own behavior an important contribution is made for the improvement of the overall quality of the touristic offers in Kleinwalsertal), the participating enterprises of the hotel trade, private landlords, Kleinwalsertal - tourism, the catering trade, Mountain huts, Agriculture, Public transport, Snow sports schools, Mountain ski lifts and Gondolas all stand behind the following principles:

1. As a member of Q-plus Kleinwalsertal we push ourselves to constantly improve the quality in our own enterprise. We are always motivating our co-workers towards  friendly and customer-oriented behavior.
2. An advantage of  adherence to the Q-plus criteria in productive and qualitative regard is it contributes to the quality improvement in each enterprise.
3. Honesty, openness and sincerity in all advertising statements is an absolute must.
   
4. The self declaration of the quality criteria for Q-plus Kleinwalsertal is effected after gaining certain knowledge and with full conviction. With the execution of intended controls we declare ourselves in agreement.
5. The possibility to complain or refer to bad conditions within the Q-plus quality seal are in full view and openly available to guests, co-workers and customers at any time.
6. The entire project Q-plus Kleinwalsertal is actively supported and carried by us.
