Optimal Fitness with two poles.
Nordic Walking is active walking with poles, where the entire torso is included in the motion. Nordic Walking is ideal complete body training for all age groups. Good for the joints, with regard to perseverance, strength, mobility and co-ordination.
Nordic Walking can be done during the whole year. The movement in the nature combined with the fresh air is healthy, lots of fun and leaves you feeling in a great mood. The optimal course of motion for efficient training is easily taught by a professional. We offer regular practical and basic training courses and walking-meetings under the guidance of our expert coaches
Nordic Walking courses for beginners and those who are progressing as well as regular walking-meetings are offered by the Bergschule Kleinwalsertal and Kessler Bike + Hike (see end of page).
