Organic, sustainable and healthy - what sounds so simple is the claim of the organic restaurant "Kesslers Walsereck" in the Naturhotel Chesa Valisa. The kitchen team offers a glimpse into its "creative studio", where it is constantly forging new ideas. The most important ingredients are organic products. Thus the evening starts with a glass of apple Frizzante of the Demeter fruit yard Schloffer, relatives of the host family Kessler. Then it's off to the kitchen for finger food. Appetizer, main course and dessert are then served in the cozy ambience in the restaurant or on the terrace. Accompanied in the there is an excellent glass of Austrian organic wine.
