What makes the taste of really good beef? Feeding and husbandry of the animals, but also short transport distances are elementary. That's why bex also works closely with farmers from the region. The animals are cut and processed in our own butchery. Transparency and respect for the animals have top priority. Because good things take time, many of the specialties are matured in the Dry-Ager.
At the Butcher's Table, the bex team invites you to discover the special regional taste of meat. A "steak tasting" where you can enjoy classic steaks as well as rarities, special cuts and special meat quality from the Dry-Ager.
