Trained herbalist Bettina Riezler takes you into the wonderful world of herbs and culinary treasures that often grow unnoticed right along the path. The highlight of the approx. four-hour hike, however, are the short visits to partner farmers from whom the Walserstuba obtains a large part of its food. After all, whether it's yogurt, cheese, veal, or mountain-grown potatoes, behind each of the foods are producers who maintain regional cycles with passion and care. And of course the fine products are also tasted.
