Book now Trained herbalist Bettina Riezler takes you into the wonderful world of herbs and culinary treasures that often grow unnoticed right along the path. The highlight of the approx. four-hour hike, however, are the short visits to partner farmers from whom the Walserstuba obtains a large part of its food. After all, whether it's yogurt, cheese, veal, or mountain-grown potatoes, behind each of the foods are producers who maintain regional cycles with passion and care. And of course the fine products are also tasted.
