Guest Information

Guest tax

€ 2,90 for each night and person from the age of 14 pay the so called "guest tax", which is charged by the local council and will be on your bill you pay for your accommodation. Note: from 01.12.2018 the guest tax will be increased to € 3.50.

Cancellation Insurance

Cancellation insurance will save you costs and hassles in case you're not able to travel or if you stay for a shorter amount of time. When booking via Kleinwalsertal tourism you will be offered a cancellation insurance. If you already booked a cancellation insurance yourself you can request a form from your landlord or Kleinwalsertal tourism office.

A cancellation insurance is valid in the case of:

  • illness
  • death
  • theft
  • natural disasters
  • Unemployment (not due to own fault)

Not covered are the cancellation costs for snow, bad weather and the like.
