Small valley with great taste

Gourmet cooking starts with the right ingredients. That is why our chefs rely and on regional food and close cooperation between farmers, hunters and producers.
From the five-course menu from our gourmet chefs to the tasty snacks on the gourmet huts. Simply delicious.

The key to Gourmet can be found in Kleinwalsertal

Walser restaurants understand that taste begins with the ingredients. Regional products are particularly important.

Fresh milk and mountain cheese, smoked ham and organic meat from the Walser farmers are the first step towards excellent taste.
