Cross-country skiing course for beginners

Every Thursday from December 19th, 2024 to April 17th, 2025

cross-country skiing is considered the healthiest of all sports: almost all muscle groups are used, the movements are easy on the joints and there is plenty of fresh air included. Come to the trail with our guide and enjoy the fascination of cross-country skiing away from the hustle and bustle. After a short warm-up program and an introduction to classic running technique, you start with your first forays onto the Steinbock trail. There is enough time along the way to work on your technique with the guide and get tips on the right equipment and ski preparation.

Meeting point: 1:30 p.m. Birkenwies stop (entrance to the Steinbock trail)
Duration: approx. 2 hours
Price: €48.00 (excl. cross-country skiing equipment), not suitable for children.
