Fine dining on the Alp - nature meets top-class cuisine.

The culinary journey begins with one highlight. From the starting point in Baad you hike together with Herbert Edlinger - chef and natural cuisine expert - to Alpe Widderstein. During the short climb up to the alp you will discover the natural surroundings of the alp area with fresh herbs, edible flowers and much more.

When you arrive at the Alp, fine dining awaits you in an indescribable setting. Sascha Kemmerer, who was awarded 4 toques and a Michelin star, and Felix Bantel, who was awarded 3 toques, show that the natural cuisine in the Kleinwalsertal leaves nothing to be desired. After a refreshing aperitif, the two top chefs ensure enjoyment at the highest level in a fantastic natural setting at the foot of the Widderstein massif at 1,376 m with a varied menu that combines fine dining and natural cuisine.
