Our tip - a classic tour through the valley: easy cross country skiing

cross-country skiing is considered the healthiest of all sports!

Almost all muscle groups are used, the movements are gentle on the joints and there is plenty of fresh air included. Come with our guide on the trail and enjoy the fascination of cross-country skiing away from the hustle and bustle. After a short warm-up program and an introduction to the classic running technique, the Steinbock trail goes back to the start over the Bödmer level and the Gemstelboden. There is enough time en route to hone your technique with the guide and get tips on the right equipment and ski preparation.
