Schongau mountaineering choir with mountain mass on the Fellhorn

Impressive songs of the mountains from the entire Alpine region. The Schongau mountaineering choir will frame the mountain mass and then give a concert. The songs include mountain songs from the entire Alpine region. Due to the long-standing friendship with the "Coro Cornet" from the Dolomite region, the repertoire was strongly influenced by Italian and Ladin songs. Invitations followed from all over Germany and the neighboring countries of Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol. The choir performed numerous mountain song concerts and mountain masses. The highlights of the performance in 1989 with Pope John Paul II in Rome and the birthday party of the former Bavarian Prime Minister Franz Josef Strauss went down in the annals of the mountaineering choir.
