Requirement: Physical fitness for ascents and descents in snow. Children over 10 years (accompanied by an adult).
Equipment: Sturdy, ankle-high hiking or walking boots, winter clothing and backpack with some food. Showshoes, poles and avalanche transceiver will be provided by the Bergschule (Mountain school).
