Splitboard Camp

This week you will improve your skills. Starting with the right tour planning: Where is the best line and the safest climb TODAY? Use your safety equipment correctly. We take the time to understand the LV search in theory and practice and to solidify an action plan/strategy. Practical avalanche knowledge to be able to distinguish the red area from the green. We will definitely have a lot of fun in Kleinwalsertal this week. This camp is by snowboarders, for snowboarders, by snowboarders. You have the opportunity to test splitboards from K2 and also various products, avalanche transceivers, shovels, probes and airbag backpacks from Backcountry Access.

Date: January 13, 2025 to January 17, 2025
Time & meeting point: January 13th, 2025 at 9 a.m. Mahdtalhaus Riezlern
Duration: approx. 6-7 hours per day 2x evening events from 7:00 p.m. 2x 45min
Price: € 595.- including safety equipment (LVS device, shovel, probe), excluding splitboard, overnight stay.
Minimum participants: 4 people aged 18 and over. Condition: up to 4 hours on the climb, safe skiing on all types of snow away from the piste (terrain, off piste)
Tour route: Tours in the Kleinwalsertal adapted to the conditions, daily start time approx. 8.30 a.m., two evening events theory of snow science, safety management, Q&A.

Cancellation conditions

- Cancellations from 20 to 10 days before the start of the course will be charged at 70% of the course price.

- If an event is canceled 10 to 5 days before the start of an offer, 80% of the offer price will be charged to the participant.

- If an event is canceled 5 days or less before the start of an offer, 100% of the offer price will be charged to the participant
