Yoga for winter athletes
Every Sunday from 5.15 p.m. to 6.45 p.m. at the Walserhaus Hirschegg.
Please appear 15 minutes before the lesson starts!
After an eventful day in the snow, yoga has a particularly positive and regenerative effect on the body. Special asanas help to regenerate and strengthen the overstrained body. If you are on the ski or board a lot, you know how much your back and joints are stressed. Special yoga exercises have a regenerative or balancing effect here. Muscles as well as fascia are stretched and relaxed, or stimulated and strengthened.
Yoga teacher Bettina teaches an active and dynamic style that is relaxing for body, mind and soul. She completed her training at the Yogainstitut Berlin: http://www.yoga-institut-berlin.com/. Her yoga education has a physiotherapeutic background. Bettina also has additional training in fascia yoga.
The lessons are suitable for beginners as well as experienced and even without winter sports a pleasure!
