Via the Riezler Alpe to the Kanzelwandbahn

Right from the bottom it goes steeply up through the forest over root paths up to the Gehrenspitze. The tour to the Gehrenspitze is simply described - it is short but crisp! A short break on the summit bench and on to the Kanzelwandbahn - along a ridge path with a view of the Fellhorn and the Kleinwalsertal. From the Kanzelwandbahn there are now several options. Either by train down or via the Innere Kuhgehrenalpe back to Hirschegg.

Tip: The bench at the Gehrenspitze summit cross invites you to linger - but be careful: if you want to walk down the Kanzelwandbahn, you should bring some time!
