The hike starts at Hotel Neue Krone with an aperitif with homemade mountain herb syrup and Walser tapas. After the first walking period inhaling fresh air and enjoying beautiful views, the finest pork cheeks and a glass of wine are waiting for you at Hotel Birkenhöhe.
The second stage of the hike is wonderful as a digestive walk and leads you past impressive water and natural monuments to Genuss- und Aktivhotel Sonnenburg. While enjoying the fragrant Kaiserschmarren made after grandma's recipe, which you truely deserved, you can revel your memories of the day.

Your culinary valley hike includes:

  • Detailed description of your hiking route
  • 3-course gourmet menu

The booking confirmation is valid as a voucher for the menu. After booking you will receive the detailed description of the hiking route. Vegetarian and non-alcoholic variations possible. Allergies and intolerances please specify when booking. Hike at your own risk.

Please plan to arrive at the latest at 1.30 pm at Hotel Birkenhöhe and at 5 pm, at the latest, at Genuss- und Aktivhotel Sonnenburg. Ideally, take a whole day for the gourmet valley hike and enjoy.
