What happens if you put a hiking guide and former chef in an alpine kitchen? Herbert Edlinger takes you on an culinary hike, where you not only get in touch with the network of our farmers and hosts, but also collect tasty herbs from the meadow. The foray ends with a visit to the Untere Wiesalpe - a pure goat alpine! There we will not taste only the fine herb butter, cause the alpine culinary has a lot more to offer. Milk, cheese and landjäger are just a few of Cow & Co.'s many different products ... So cook with us and feel the freshness and quality of our simple, but even better, regional products.
