The culinary journey begins with a highlight. From the starting point in Weiher in Bödmen, you hike together with Herbert Edlinger - chef and natural cuisine expert - to Bernhard's Gemstelalp. During the short ascent to the alp, you will discover the natural surroundings of the alpine pasture with fresh herbs, edible flowers and much more.
Once you arrive at the alp, fine dining awaits you in an indescribable setting.
