Gourmet valley hike

This hiking tour for food lovers provides a fantastic opportunity to enjoy both wonderful culinary experiences and stunning natural surroundings along the valley floor and at medium altitudes. Discover Kleinwalsertal from its culinary side.

The tour starts at 11 a.m. at Hotel Tradizio with an aperitif and regional starters. After the first stage of the hike, you will have had your fill of fresh air and beautiful views, but the fried fillet of Heimerting salmon trout (or a vegetarian option) and a glass of wine await you and your hunger at the Hotel Birkenhöhe.

The second stage of the hike is perfect for a digestive walk and takes you past impressive water and natural monuments to the Genuss- und Aktivhotel Sonnenburg. You have really earned the fragrant Kaiserschmarren made according to grandma's recipe with homemade apple sauce and a hot drink and can reflect on the impressions of the hike with a view into the valley.

  • 3-course gourmet menu

The booking confirmation is valid as a voucher for the menu. After booking, you will receive a detailed description of the hiking route. Vegetarian and non-alcoholic options possible. Please indicate allergies and intolerances when booking. Hike at your own risk. Please note that dogs are unfortunately not permitted on the culinary valley hike.

Please plan the hike so that you arrive at the Hotel Birkenhöhe by 1.30 pm at the latest and at the Genuss- und Aktivhotel Sonnenburg by 5.00 pm at the latest. Ideally, you should take a whole day.
