What happens if you put a hiking guide and former chef in an alpine kitchen? Herbert Edlinger takes you on an exciting hike, where you not only get to know the network of farmers and innkeepers, but also collect tasty herbs from themountain meadows. Then we take a visit to the Melköde hut in the beautiful Schwarzwassertal where there is not only fine herb butter to try, after all, alpine life has a lot to offer in culinary terms. Milk, cheese and local dried meats are just a few of the diverse products from the cows & co ...feel the freshness and quality of our simple, regional products.
