A summer experience for all the senses alpine fine dining

When the evening sun bathes the mountains in warm light and the scent of alpine herbs fills the air, “Dining on the Alp” becomes a truly special experience. In the summer of 2026, the Kleinwalsertal will once again combine breathtaking nature, alpine authenticity, and exceptional cuisine to create unforgettable moments of indulgence. Look forward to two special evenings surrounded by the mountains.

On June 24th 2026, at Alpe Melköde, and on July 7th 2026, at Alpe Bärgunt.

Together with Marion Edlinger, you’ll hike from the parking lot at the Ifen valley station through the Schwarzwassertal valley to Alpe Melköde. Along the way, you’ll discover mountain herbs, edible flowers, and the picturesque Herzsee lake.

At the alp, an exclusive fine-dining experience awaits you with top chefs Jeremias Riezler, Felix Bantel, and Marc Müller.

Price: €120, including drinks
Time: 3:00 p.m. to approx. 9:30 p.m.

In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the cozy Alpe Melköde.

Together with Marion Edlinger, you’ll hike from the trailhead parking lot in Baad to Alpe Bärgunt. Along the way, you’ll discover fresh herbs, edible flowers, and the stunning natural beauty of the side valley.

At the alp, an exclusive fine-dining experience awaits you with top chefs Sascha Kemmerer, Jürgen Denk, and Andreas Ziep.
