Experience the wintery Kleinwalsertal on a ski tour and get an initial insight into the techniques of this fascinating sport. Learn about the ski touring equipment, as well as the most important ascent and descent techniques, and receive a brief introduction to avalanche awareness and tour planning. After the ascent, you will be rewarded with an unforgettable view of the Walser mountain landscape and a descent in dusty powder snow or crackling firn back to the valley.

Prerequisite: Good skiing ability on black slopes, fitness for approximately 2 hours of ascent.
Equipment: Ski touring gear including skins (rental equipment see sports rental) and a daypack with provisions must be brought along.
LVS, shovel, and probe will be provided.

Meeting: Walserhaus Hirschegg at 9:00 a.m.
Duration: approximately 4 to 5 hours
Price: € 115.00 (excluding skis, poles, skins, lift ticket) - not suitable for children.
To bring: Own ski equipment, booking confirmation.
