Over the state border and back!

Every Saturday from December 19, 2026 to April 3, 2027

Once to Germany and back. On this tour, we cross the national border on unknown paths. After a short transfer by bus, we start in Unterwestegg. Here we immerse ourselves in the winter world, listen to the silence, and let ourselves be enchanted by shimmering snow crystals before reaching the ski area at Söllereck. Here we find several inviting options for our lunch break. After an extensive rest, we make our way back. There are several variants for this - let yourself be surprised. 

Meeting point: 9:15 a.m. at the Walserhaus Hirschegg
Duration: approx. 5 hours
Condition: sure-footedness, fitness for ascents between 500 and 700 meters and walking times of up to 6 hours.
Price: € 80.- per person including snowshoes and poles; LVS device, shovel, probe - if necessary (for loan)
Minimum participants: from 4 persons
Equipment: Sturdy, ankle-high shoes (mountaineering shoes) or hiking shoes, winter clothing, and a backpack with some provisions.
