The premiere A new winter music festival
Valley of Sound 2026 marked the impressive debut of a new winter music festival in the Kleinwalsertal. From March 13 to 15, 2026, the valley was transformed for the first time into a festival grounds stretching from the valley floor to the mountaintops: 15 artists at 10 locations provided electronic beats, live bands, and DJ sets—from sun-drenched terraces in the ski resort to stages in the valley. The unique concept: music, winter sports, and the alpine lifestyle merged into a one-of-a-kind winter event where visitors hit the slopes during the day and then celebrated together at concerts and DJ sets.
Beats, mountains, and a festival atmosphere: Valley of Sound 2026
With acts like The Monroes and the Buron Band, as well as DJs such as Dan Gerous, Harris, and Jaxx TMS, the festival offered a diverse lineup ranging from rock ’n’ roll to hip-hop and electronic music.
Over 4,000 visitors enjoyed concerts and events throughout the valley. The special atmosphere, short distances between the slopes, the stage, and the food and drink areas, as well as the impressive mountain backdrop, made the festival weekend a true highlight of the winter season.
The festival is back: Valley of Sound 2027
Valley of Sound is back: Following its successful debut, the festival will return in 2027. Next year, the Kleinwalsertal valley will once again become a stage for live music, DJs, and a festive winter atmosphere.
