Schwarzwasserloipe
Operating time under appropriate temperatures and snow conditions. Here you can find the current snow sports report. The Schwarzwasserloipe is about 17 km long, starting in the Au and following a circular route from the Riezler district of Egg through Ladstatt into the Wäldele.
The Schwarzwasserloipe is the most demanding of the three trails in the Kleinwalsertal with its many short but still quite steep climbs and descents. It leads through a pristine winter landscape and through quiet, tranquil districts of the Kleinwalsertal.
The Schwarzwasserloipe route network is prepared exclusively for classic technique.
The Schwarzwasserloipe features the Egg circuit (6.8km), the Küren circuit (3.8km), the Küren-Wäldele circuit (7.6km) and the Wäldele circuit (2.9km) as well as a practice circuit (1.2km) a total of 5 possible circuits.
These moderately difficult circuits can be run individually or combined with each other.
The trail entrance with the start of most circuits is at the Au sports field. Further entrances are in Wäldele and in Egg.
There are rest and refreshment stops along the trail.
