PREMIERE - exclusive pleasure evening walking dinner

Experience Kleinwalsertal from its most enjoyable side on 28.06. A culinary journey through the region awaits you at a walking dinner in the Walserhaus  each dish prepared by a different top chef from the valley, including the creative heads of the"Önsche Walser Chuche".

In addition: selected wines, exciting beer creations, fine wines from the 7 sommeliers from Kleinwalsertal and delicacies from regional farm stores, accompanied by fine drinks from Spitz & Bube and framed by soft music.

And as the evening slowly fades into night, the after-dinner party begins with a DJ, snacks and cocktails to round off an unforgettable experience.

To top it all off, the ten dishes are followed by delicious ice cream. The history of ice cream at Tradizio began in the 1960s with Grandpa Franco. The Sicilian brought the Italian breeze to the hotel by producing the first Italian milk ice cream in Kleinwalsertal. To this day, the ice cream is made according to Grandpa's secret recipe at Hotel Tradizio.

Starting June 30, the Summer Lounge invites you once again to enjoy relaxing summer evenings every Tuesday starting at 5 p.m. - this year at a new location in WalserPark in Riezlern.

Look forward to chill beats from DJ Craxx, refreshing drinks, and true dolce vita amidst the impressive mountain scenery of the Kleinwalsertal. Whether after a hike, a bike tour, or simply after work - here you can wind down the day in complete relaxation.

After a leisurely hike, Bernhard Heim – farmer, hut owner and alpine dairyman – and his team will take you into the rustic alpine kitchen at Bernhard's Gemstelalp and give you an exciting insight into how mountain cheese used to be made.

Find out how cheese was made here for decades and then try the cheese specialties made from organic milk. Strengthened, you make your way back amidst the impressive mountain scenery of the Elfer, Zwölfer and Kleiner Widderstein.

every thursday in summer On the alp – nature, enjoyment and tradition

Together with a local hiking guide and mountain farmer, you will experience the world of alpine farming. You will not only gain an insight into the modern practices and challenges of today, but also into the changes of earlier times.

The highlight of this unique adventure tour is the tasting of alpine products and a hearty lunch with an authentic snack.
