To top it all off, the ten dishes are followed by delicious ice cream. The history of ice cream at Tradizio began in the 1960s with Grandpa Franco. The Sicilian brought the Italian breeze to the hotel by producing the first Italian milk ice cream in Kleinwalsertal. To this day, the ice cream is made according to Grandpa's secret recipe at Hotel Tradizio.

After a leisurely hike, Bernhard Heim – farmer, hut owner and alpine dairyman – and his team will take you into the rustic alpine kitchen at Bernhard's Gemstelalp and give you an exciting insight into how mountain cheese used to be made.
Find out how cheese was made here for decades and then try the cheese specialties made from organic milk. Strengthened, you make your way back amidst the impressive mountain scenery of the Elfer, Zwölfer and Kleiner Widderstein.
