Restaurant Sonnenstüble at Hotel Birkenhöhe

Our á la carte restaurant Sonnenstüble is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday starting at 7 p.m., and there is a buffet on Thursday. 
Our Studio 34 is open Tuesday and Wednesday starting at 7 p.m. Summer season: until 01.11.2026 | Winter season: open from 18.12.2026 to 03.04.2027.

Our menus are mainly prepared from local products.
(Cow and game are sourced exclusively from the Kleinwalsertal)
In the summer we harvest our herbs in our own garden.
The matching wines to your menu will be provided by Gabi Frech,
Diploma - sommelier recommended and served.
