The Außerwald route is a moderate circular route on the Schwendel trail. The route is prepared for classic and skating.The Schwendel trail leads over the Straußberg up to the Hörnlepass guesthouse and back via Außerwald.
It scores with its sunny location as well as a trail guidance through a beautiful and varied winter landscape and a panoramic view of the Kleinwalsertal and Oberallgäu mountains.
The entire trail network of the Schwendel trail is prepared for classic and skating styles.
