Conditions

Our rooms are redecorated and every room has an own Bathroom with shower and toilet. Every room got access to a Balcony.

We don`t have extra TV or telephone in each room for you to just focus on our beautiful nature. But for sure every guest can have a Wifi-connection.

We have a TV in our common room.

Arrival

With the car: Drive to the last little valley, named Baad. At the roundabout you go right to stay at the parking area.

Then you need to call me at: 0043-05517-6353 so i can get your package. You can not drive with your own car direct to our guesthouse.

When you go by train: Step out at Oberstdorf and go to the Bus station to "Kleinwalsertal". As soon as you`re sitting in the bus you need to call me at: 0043-5517-6353, so i can get your arriving time and the destination to pick up your package.
