Producers and farmers
Our farmers are committed to natural, small-scale production and work on a daily basis with cattle in natural surroundings. Among other things, they guarantee the origin of the animals and where they graze. Our farmers and producers are very proud that animals and the resulting products, are processed in the valley. Short transport routes, the taste of the environment make for a special taste bud experience for the connoisseur and all this with the knowledge of where it comes from.
