The start (between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.) takes place at Hotel Tradizio with an aperitif featuring homemade hay flower syrup and regional appetizers. After the first leg of the hike, you will be full of fresh air and beautiful views, but the homemade stuffed pasta in noble mushroom cream with veal jus and parsley (or a vegetarian variant with herb filling) await you with a glass of wine at Hotel Birkenhöhe to satisfy your hunger.

The second leg of the hike is perfectly suited for a digestive walk and leads you past impressive water and natural monuments to the Genuss- und Aktivhotel Sonnenburg. You have truly earned the fragrant Kaiserschmarren following Grandma's recipe along with a hot drink, and you can reflect on the impressions of the hike while enjoying the view down the valley.

Please plan your hike so that you arrive at Hotel Birkenhöhe by no later than 1:30 p.m. and at Genuss- und Aktivhotel Sonnenburg by no later than 5:00 p.m. Ideally, allow yourself a whole day.

Pure walking times:
Hotel Tradizio to Birkenhöhe: about 1.5 to 2 hours walking time (without Zafernalift about 2 to 2.5 hours)
Birkenhöhe to Sonnenburg: about 2 hours walking time
