Experience cheese instead of just tasting it: During the cheese-making demonstration, you will look over the shoulder of the cheesemaker and afterwards taste the different varieties of fine hay milk cheese. A special experience that combines craftsmanship, knowledge, and flavor – in the heart of the Kleinwalsertal.
