Small valley with great taste

Gourmet cooking starts with the right ingredients. The Austrian GenussRegion (gourmet region) for game and beef relies on regional food and close cooperation between farmers, hunters and producers.
From the five-course menu at the GenussWirt (gourmet chefs) to the tasty snacks on the GenussHütten (gourmet huts). Simply delicious.

Walser restaurants understand that taste begins with the ingredients. Regional products are particularly important.
