In 2024 the Älplerletze will take place again on the Kanzelwand.

Älplerletze Day marks the end of the mountain summer. Once the cattle in the valley and the Alps and huts have been made winter-proof, the Älplerletze, the last meal together by the Alpine people, takes place. Shepherds from the Allgäu, the Tannheimertal and the Kleinwalsertal come together at a joint mountain mass and the subsequent bell raffle.
