“Önsche Walser Chuche” at the Walser weekly market “Önsche Walser Chuche” represents the core or goal of a newly formed association of Walser chefs to implement the culinary heritage of the Walser people with regional products in a contemporary and innovative way and to make it tangible for the palate. A culinary highlight of this association this summer is the visits by different chefs to the Walser weekly market on selected dates.
