Riezlern - Egg - Au - Wäldele - Auenhütte

It starts in Riezlern at the Kanzelwandbahn. First, the Kurpark is crossed before the Breitach is crossed over a bridge and a short steep ascent to Eggstrasse is climbed (if you can spare yourself this ascent, you can also walk over the Breitachbrücke and Schwarzwassertalstrasse). Follow Eggstrasse briefly and then turn left into  Kesselschwandweg. Passing the Schneebar-Panoramahütte, you now have a magnificent view of Elfer, Zwölfer, Widderstein and Ifen along the Egg trail to the Au. From Ferienhof Hammerer it goes on the Wäldelestrasse gently but steadily up to the Württemberger Haus. Turn left here and follow the winter hiking trail past the Bruder Klaus chapel to the Oberwäldele and to the Auenhütte.
