This hike is a sporting challenge, even though it does not lead to the peak of the Widderstein. This can of course still be unertaken, but it is only recommended for experienced hikers. If you don't set yourself a geographic goal on this Walser Omgang hike, you can take the time to focus yourself on your innermost core. The orange Walser Omgang symbol accompanies this day hike. Its activating character is meant to stimulate the body. The starting point is either from Baad via Bärgunttal or Bödmen via Gemsteltal.
