Cross-country skiing is considered the healthiest of all sports: almost all muscle groups are used, the movements are easy on the joints and there is plenty of fresh air included. Come with our guide on the trail and enjoy the fascination of cross-country skiing away from the hustle and bustle. After a short warm-up program and an introduction to the classic running technique, you will start your first forays on the Steinbock cross-country trail. On the way there will be enough time to hone your technique with the guide and get tips on the right equipment and ski preparation.
