Dining at the Alpine Hut - nature meets culinary excellence.
The starting point is the parking lot at the Ifen valley station.
From the parking lot at the Ifen valley station, you will hike together with Marion Edlinger into the idyllic Schwarzwassertal. Along the way, you will discover the rich plant life of the region: fresh mountain herbs, edible flowers, and all sorts of surprises along the path. A special natural gem along the route is the picturesque Herzsee – a perfect spot to pause and enjoy.
Upon arriving at the Alp, a fine dining experience of the highest class awaits you – right in the impressive natural backdrop of the Schwarzwassertal. Three outstanding chefs will showcase what culinary excellence is possible when alpine cuisine meets the highest craftsmanship:

After a refreshing aperitif, they will serve a varied menu that joyfully combines natural cuisine and fine dining – a unique taste experience amid the breathtaking mountain panorama.
