Petit Mal: Concert jazz orchestraVorarlberg

Petit Mal: concert jazz orchestra Vorarlberg

In the finale of the literature festival, a special language and concert experience awaits you with the collaboration of the Jazz Orchestra Vorarlberg, the literary artist Carolyn Amann, and the composer Philip Yaeger. Premiered a week earlier in Hohenems as part of the literature award ceremony, the piece "Petit Mal" tells of a man who first becomes aware of his epileptic illness and leads into a world of perception before the seizure. The ensemble erupts over the voice of the literary woman, discharges without abating and thus allows the audience to dive into the depths of human consciousness.
