The ingredients for Walser herbal tea are collected in Kleinwalsertal and traditionally processed and mixed by hand. You can buy the syrups in the farm stores and at the Walser weekly market. - Elderflower syrup
Aromatic and fresh. "Holder" helps with colds, circulatory and sleep problems.
- Walser mountain hay syrup
Smells & tastes like mountain summer. With natural mountain hay from the 2nd cut (Oomed) without fertilizer - pure mountain herbs!
- Peppermint syrup
Wonderfully refreshing. Peppermint has an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, expectorant, cooling and pain-relieving effect.
- Lemon balm syrup
Fresh fragrance, tangy aroma. Lemon balm is good for colds and poor circulation.
- Woodruff syrup
Tastes of summer and childhood. Woodruff is vasodilatory, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic.

Recipe with fresh ingredients
It's time to dive into the world of syrup recipes and create your own delicious treat! Don't worry, it's easier than you think. All you need are a few ingredients, a little time and a pinch of adventurous spirit, because fresh ingredients such as mint, apple or lemon slices not only make the water look good, but also taste great:
- Healthy & blue: 1 l water, 50g blueberries, 1 tsp fennel seeds, leave to infuse for at least 10 mins.
- Spicy & lemony: 1 l water, 1 handful of lemon balm (chopped) in a bag, leave to infuse for at least 1 hour
- Tart & stimulating: 1 g glass of water, 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 unsliced orange
- Fruity & fresh: 1 g glass of water, juice of 1 lime, 1 handful of strawberries cut into quarters, a few mint leaves
- Detoxifying: 2 l water, 2 tbsp grated ginger, 1 cucumber (slices), 12 mint leaves to infuse overnight
- Fresh & floral: 1 l water, 6 squeezed lemons, 30 ml rose water, sugar
