GOURMET HIGHLIGHTS IN THE ALPS
From September 16 - October 09, 2022, gourmet lovers got their money's worth. Whether it was a look behind the scenes of an organic kitchen at the Naturhotel Chesa Valisa, a "steak tasting" at the Butcher's Table in the bex restaurant or a cross-border culinary hike with hiking guide and former toque chef Herbert Edlinger - moments of pleasure and lived regionality were to be found throughout Kleinwalsertal.
Highlight of the Herbst.Genuss.Zeit 2022 were the experiences in the context of the event "Food with a face". The organic restaurant of the Walserstuba and the Hoheneck Inn stand for authentic cuisine that combines enjoyment and responsibility. At the two-part event, gourmets were able to taste regional products on a herb hike with herb educator Bettina Riezler, from which Jeremias Riezler (Biohotel Walserstuba) and Jürgen Denk (Wirtshaus Hoheneck) conjured up a true gourmet menu in the evening.
